As a ValStor Customer your storage contract with us is on a month to month basis for all items that are in storage and not permanently withdrawn. The minimum storage term is for a period of one month and is automatically renewed on the first of each month. Your initial move in of any items will be pro-rated from the first of the month and your second month term will also be applied. Should you move out or permanently withdraw, you will also be pro-rated on move out against the current month. You may cancel your contract and have your items returned to you at any time; if within the first month; you will be charged a minimum of one month of storage and any applicable permanent withdrawal charges. Upon cancellation and permanently withdrawing your items you will not be charged the next month’s storage fee. Refunds are not issued for cancellation within the current month of service.
